Inonda LTD ("we"), a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Data you send us yourself through the contact or property assessment form: name, email address, telephone number and the details of your property or request.
Data you send us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Viber.
Basic technical data kept by our hosting provider for security and statistics (for example the IP address and the browser used).

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or a property assessment.
To provide and administer our services once you become a client.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations in Cyprus.

The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, the performance of a contract once you are a client, and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (email and website hosting) and with contractors who need it to carry out work at your property, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Client and accounting records are kept for as long as Cyprus law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use. Write to inonda2026@outlook.com and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
