The content of this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a binding offer. Nothing on this site creates a contract until we agree the work and the price with you in writing.

Quotes and property assessments

A property assessment is free and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information you give us and on what can be seen at the visit; if the work turns out to be different, we will agree any change with you before continuing.

Services

Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care, by us or by contractors we appoint. Work that by law requires a licensed trade in Cyprus is carried out by a licensed trade.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are the owner of the property or are authorised to instruct work on it, that you will give us safe access, and that the information you give us is accurate.

Liability

We are liable for damage we cause by our own fault. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing defects we did not cause. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Cyprus or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
