What kinds of property do you manage?
We welcome enquiries for apartments, houses, residential buildings, and commercial units in Nicosia and across Cyprus. The service scope is confirmed after discussing the property.
Can you help if I live outside Cyprus?
Yes. Tell us how involved you want to be and your preferred way to receive updates. We can agree local coordination and reporting arrangements for owners based abroad.
How are repairs approved?
Spending limits, approval requirements, and any urgent-work arrangements are agreed in your management proposal. Contractor and material costs are explained separately where applicable.
How much does property management cost?
Fees depend on the property, number of units, occupancy, and services required. Request a free assessment for a tailored proposal; there is no published standard tariff.
Do you guarantee rental income or response times?
No fixed rental returns or response times are advertised. We agree realistic service arrangements for your property and explain availability, responsibilities, and exclusions before you decide.
